~Specialize in the design, testing, and specifications of transport packaging, including the unitizing and handling of packaged products.  

~Major focus has been protecting goods shipped via the common carrier modes of LTL trucking and small parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and  USPS.

~Emphasis on most projects has been damage reduction and/or cost improvement, covering domestic, export and military packaging.  Types of products worked on over the past 40 years include industrial, commercial, and consumer goods.

~Scope of projects range from detailed package design for product protection including testing, samples, and market testing to multi-plant packaging reviews with general recommendations. 

~Each project is designed around the customer's objectives and typically include specifications for materials and equipment, sources of supply, cost estimates, and samples for trial shipments.

~Conduct market surveys to assess market potential for producers of new transport packaging materials.

~The type of consulting service delivered varies according to the wishes of the client, ranging from brief surveys of a day or two, to long range studies and in-depth analysis of multi-plant sites. Proposals are prepared and quoted fixed price or per diem, as specified by the client. 

~All project income is derived solely from consulting services performed, no sales commissions are accepted on recommended materials or equipment.

~Over the last 20+ years I have worked with more than 150 different clients, including 25 from the Fortune 500 list. The majority of clients are users of packaging. Names of client companies are available upon request.
